Construction of 56 new housing units in Ventabren (13) : SOMTUBE FTB for drainage

As part of the construction of 56 future housing units in Ventabren (13), AFITEXINOV contributed its expertise and know-how by supplying one of its flagship drainage solutions : SOMTUBE FTB.

2,100 m2 were equipped for drainage under concrete slab and to cope with substantial water flows (two central trenches were built with 200 mm drains).

SOMTUBE FTB facilitates :
- Savings in terms of earthwork and granular material volumes : carbon footprint reduced by 84%
- Quick installation
- The pouring of the slab directly on the product (after installation of steel reinforcements), without clogging the geotextile thanks to the polyethylene film
